About SOLIT P/L
After 10 years of small business Solit P/L Closed for business mid 2009.
The primary reason for this was lack of quality staff who were available to work on-site.
Staff migration from SOLIT P/L to government departments was a common practice. While the government is willing to pay $45/hr to level one support staff small business has no way of retaining staff they have invested time and money into developing.
The sole director of SOLIT P/L, Gavin North now works full time for his long time employer Fishing Monthly Group. Where he supports 25 office staff in all their IT needs, as well as administering numerous large and highly trafficked websites.
